Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sonam Industries Order & Dispatch Management System ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App. Access is granted solely to authorised employees and representatives of Sonam Industries.

2. Authorised Use

The App is an internal business tool intended exclusively for order entry and dispatch management on behalf of Sonam Industries. You may only use the App for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Share your login credentials with any third party.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
• Use the App to enter false, misleading, or unauthorised orders.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the App.

3. User Accounts

Your account is created and managed by Sonam Industries administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of all orders and information you submit through the App. Errors must be reported to your administrator as soon as possible. Sonam Industries reserves the right to cancel or amend any order found to contain incorrect information.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is developed by DKMV TechX Consulting LLP and is the property of Sonam Industries. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or licence rights beyond what is necessary to use the App for its intended purpose.

6. Availability

The App is provided on a best-efforts basis. Sonam Industries and DKMV TechX Consulting LLP do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and may perform maintenance or updates at any time without prior notice.

7. Termination

Access to the App may be suspended or revoked at any time by Sonam Industries, without notice, if these Terms are breached or if your employment or authorised relationship with Sonam Industries ends.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sonam Industries and DKMV TechX Consulting LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

10. Changes to These Terms

Sonam Industries reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
